Deborah and YCS are great. I have been entrusting them with my 2 cats for 7 years. They are extremely accommodating and flexible if you have last minute travel plans or changes in plans and 100 percent reliable. They meet with you before hand and are always extremely responsive and great at communicating and keeping me completely updated on how my cats are doing. Traveling can be stressful, as can worrying about your kitties at home and it’s a pleasure knowing that they are completely taken care of and not having to worry at all. Your Cat Sitter is by far the best and most reliable cat sitting service I have ever used, and I have previously tried everything from family members to private boarding at a sitter’s apartment.
The sitters all clearly love and own cats, understand how to interact with their different temperaments and adapt accordingly. They accommodate even the most of last-minute requests and their sitting prices are very reasonable (some of the lowest in the area in my experience). It is really nice you get a chance to meet the sitter beforehand and there is always a backup sitter in case of emergency.
Since using YCS, I have been able to travel with complete peace of mind, knowing if I am stuck in transit they will be fully taken care of.
Most importantly though, upon return I have never found my very stranger-shy cats to be stressed or unhappy, in some cases it was as though they didn’t even notice I was gone.

Let me start by saying these people are absolute life savers and my husband and I will continue to return for their services!
We happened upon this cat sitting service at a time of great need! My husband and I were travelling and the day of our flight, the cat sitting service we previously booked through PetSmart fell through. They stated upon our arrival that our cat, Dexter, did not have the correct vaccinations in order to stay there (although we had called up previously to ask) and that they would not be able to board him.
Therefore we ended up having around 2 hours to catch our flight but no one to look after our cat until reaching out to yourcatsitter.com
Deborah was so kind and accommodating. Especially considering that we were in a great rush, she instantly found us a cat sitter: Tom, and although we were against the clock we managed to get to Tom’s house to drop off Dexter and headed straight to the airport!
Our anxieties were high of course, as our plans of cat sitter had changed and as a result we were late for our flight, but we were constantly reassured by Deborah and Tom and we could not be happier for that decision.
I truly believe everything happens for a reason! Dexter is a very active cat and needs a lot of love. Knowing this, we believe he probably would have hated to be in a small box for a week in PetSmart! With Tom he received the utmost care and affection tailored especially to him and Tom made sure to send daily Text and Picture updates on how Dexter was doing!
As new pet parents it was extremely hard to leave Dexter even for the week but Tom and Deborah allowed us to be comfortable and actually enjoy our holiday knowing that Dexter was also enjoying himself and was in safe hands.
We cannot thank Deborah and Tom enough for everything they have done and we will surely use their services from now on! Thank you so much from Shante and Kemar Clarke, and Dexter of course!

Deborah took care of our cat, Egypt, for 2 weeks in December, and we could not be happier. Egypt has a heart condition and needs medication twice per day. I am not sure I would have trusted Egypt to anyone else.
Deborah not only took care of Egypt as if he was her cat, visiting him twice per day, but she also made sure to communicate with us throughout the trip, letting us know how he was doing and sending us photos. We have in the past boarded Egypt, and the experience was not nearly as good.

I highly recommend Your Cat Sitter! They are reliable, trustworthy and good people. I love the updates with pictures of Spike. Spike has had some stomach issues and I rely on Deborah for advice and Ashley for loving care while we are away. I don’t have to think twice about Spike, I trust that he will be well taken care of!

I have 2 high maintenance cats and was struggling with what to do with them while out of town. I looked into a local boarding facility but when I entered it, all I could hear were dogs barking. Even though the cats were in a separate area, I knew the environment would be traumatic for them. I found Deborah and was a little apprehensive at first about a stranger coming and spending time in my home and trusting her with my pets. She quickly built credibility, talking to me about other clients within my very own building, offering meetings with them, and assuring me she was obsessed with my pets as much as her own and couldn’t wait to spend time taking care of them. She checked in regularly and when I returned the cats acted like nothing strange had even happened. Great service and will use her again!

Deborah takes care of my Sylvester since a few years now and I always get him back in great shape , I used a few other cat sitters when I was living in NYC and they were mediocre.
The service is great , accommodating with you boarding and picking hours after work, What is great also is you get pics of your pet while you are on vacation or on a business , it really makes you feel comfortable.Frankly speaking Sylvester likes to be boarded better than staying at home.
