Who will take care of my cat?
We’re a small dedicated team of like-minded cat lovers that have more than 25 years of combined cat care experience. And, like you, we’re cat parents. Before any service starts, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and interview, at least two cat sitters. Then you’ll decide who will care for your cat.
Can I be guaranteed that the same person will care for my cat every time?
Every time? We’d love to say yes, but we can’t guarantee it. Like you, sometimes we get sick, have an emergency or want to take a vacation. However, the vast majority of the time you’ll have the same cat sitter. And, when something prevents your regular cat sitter from coming, you’ll be notified immediately. The most important thing you need to know is that we’ll always be there for you and your cat. Each client has a back-up sitter, remember the other sitter you interviewed? He or she will be there in an emergency.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel a scheduled cat visit 24 hours prior to your first scheduled visit. Your Leash Time account will be credited, the visit credit is good for any future visit within 6 months.
Do you offer cat visits at night, weekends and holidays?
Yes. we’re available 24/7. However, it’s strongly advised that for holidays and peak times that you reserve in advance, in order to get your preferred sitter.

Why don’t you have your prices on your web site?
To keep our prices fair and competitive we like to speak with each client personally to discuss individual needs. From there we try to get you the best price for the services you require.

We accept cash, checks, and Zelle.
